Thakib first appeared in the film Malaysia's Most Wanted as he picked up Lightning Dust and Midny Sparkle at the Sultan Mahmud Airport with his F30 BMW 3 Series. After picking them up, the trio proceeds to the Islamic Civilization Park. After arriving at the Islamic Civilization Park, LD and Midny reunites with the Mane 10 (Applejack, Fluttershy, Gordon, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Sebastian, Starlight, Sunset and Twilight), the Amber Crew, the Crusaders, Cubby, Izzy, Jake, Jewel, Sofia, the Shadowbolts, Octavia, DJ Pon-3, Loretta Callisto, Miles Callisto, Nova, Photo Finish, Sweeten Sour and Wallflower Blush until Thakib meets them for the very first time.
Throughout the film, Thakib ended up travelling all across Peninsular Malaysia with the convoy such as Pahang, Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's capital. In the ensuing scenes, he watches the old Disney Junior TV series Jake and the Never Land Pirates, gets a prize at the EvoClub closing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur and took photos with the whole club. His final appearance was at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) saying goodbye to the visitors before departing back to the United States.
