Ringo Estebán Sanchez is the placeholder name for a male human who is a background character in the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls franchise. He is a rocker student at Canterlot High School and a member of Flash Sentry's band Flash Drive.

Equestria Girls (2013)[]
Ringo first appeared in the first Equestria Girls film in which he first appears walking in the CHS hallway during the song This Strange World and later appears in the CHS cafeteria with his Flash Drive bandmate Brawly Beats. He later appears in the cafeteria again with the other rockers during the Cafeteria Song and briefly plays bass along with the other members of Flash Drive. During the song Time to Come Together, he appears with his bandmates on the stage and practices on a keyboard. Later, during the Fall Formal, he performs with his bandmates, playing the keyboard.
Rainbow Rocks[]
Ringo returns in the film Rainbow Rocks appearing in the CHS cafeteria during the song Battle of the Bands as Adagio Dazzle sings right in front of him. He and his bandmates later appear with the other bands in the party in the gymnasium before the Musical Showcase where they argue with other bands and empower the Dazzlings. During the Battle of the Bands, he and his bandmates appear in the audience for performances by Snips and Snails, the Rainbooms and the Dazzlings. After Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle bump into each other in the hallway, he has a brief speaking role saying UH, NOPE when Flash asks his bandmates if they heard her. During the song Under Our Spell, Flash Drive defeat the Eco-Kids band, and make it all the way to the semi-finals where they are defeated by the Dazzlings. Ringo later appears jeering for Sunset Shimmer after she ruins the Rainbooms' semi-final performance.
Friendship Games[]
In the 2015 film Friendship Games, Ringo appears in the audience for the CHS Rally Song in the school gymnasium and later appears as a spectator for the Tri-Cross Relay event of the Friendship Games. He later appears in a photograph from the Rally song during the film credits.
Depiction In MLP: EG x Jake and the Never Land Pirates[]
Lemon Zest Rules[]
Ringo makes his first appearance in the MLP: EG x Jake and the Never Land Pirates film series starting with the film Lemon Zest Rules in which he and his bandmates (including James) are with the Mane 10 are watching the Disney Junior TV series Jake and the Never Land Pirates together while Jake, Izzy and Cubby are off to Germany with the Shadowbolts. However, much to his disbelief, Ringo and his band assumes that combining the Disney Junior TV shows Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Sofia The First are worthless. His final appearance was inside Flash Sentry's Marina Bay Blue BMW M5 F90 watching the same show. Also, a dismayed Ringo wants to try Izzy's Pixie Dust so badly after Flash bans him from using it due to emergency purposes.
A Swashbuckling Vacation[]
Ringo returns in the film A Swashbuckling Vacation in which he and his bandmates are first seen sitting inside a Klassen Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (including Pauly Sentry and the Eco-Kids) driven by Enchancia's current ruler Prince Hugo and his wife Strawberry Shortcake until he and his bandmates meets Jake, Izzy and Cubby for the first time, followed by former lieutenant Fizzlepop Berrytwist. Jewel and Sofia.
Throughout the film, Ringo and his bandmates are scolded by an angry Strawberry Shortcake when Paisley and Sandalwood purchased the wrong items due to her terrible writing on the shopping list, becomes dismayed when Hugo and Strawberry sings the song Bad Boys painfully and sings the Indonesian song Jomblo Happy instead, waiting in line at the funfair with the Eco-Kids and disgusted when Cubby won a little piglet. In addition, Ringo is among the characters who experiences a pig's loud fart, dismayed when Hugo bans them not to touch the minibar and allowing the pig to use it the next day, experience road trip chaos due to Hugo being distracted behind the wheel while calling his big brother Axel through his phone, chase down Principal Abacus Cinch stealing their littered luggage, attacked by seagulls due to Pauly's attempt at feeding the seagulls with her tortilla chips, covered in mud and sings the song Bad Boys together until the Sprinter broke down due to overheating.
However, despite all the chaos that Ringo experienced during the film, he and his bandmates manages to reach Washington DC and celebrate Flurry Heart's 14th birthday.
Malaysia's Most Wanted[]
In the film Malaysia's Most Wanted, Ringo and his bandmates are seen doing a yoga training with Nathellie Ballerie while the Mane 10 are off to Malaysia. His final appearance was towards the end of the film where he and his bandmates attended the EvoClub Closing Ceremony at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's capital and at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) where the whole cast started to depart back to America leaving their Malaysian pals behind.
Princess Ella Sofie[]
Ringo returns in the film Princess Ella Sofie in which he and his bandmates hire another female member in the band Flash Drive, that is none other than a mermaid named Oona! Noticing that Oona missed her old pal Sofia so much, team Flash Drive decided to help her.
Throughout the film, Ringo and his bandmates ended up meeting Crystal Prep Academy's Shadowbolts team in Newton, Massachusetts after James witnessed someone slapping his cheeks. Subsequently followed by the Eco-Kids and the Amber Crew (Princess Amber, Princess Hildegard, Lyra Heartstrings, Sweetie Drops, Derpy Hooves, Blueberry Muffin, Emelina Grace and Huckleberry Pie), they ended up meeting a guy wearing a cap named Muhammad Syamim from Malaysia who normally speaks Malay. They are on the run to find the Mane 10 (including Sebastian and Gordon) so Syamim joins as well. Besides all that, Ringo and the convoy camps at the Hecla-Grindstone Provincial Park in Canada's Manitoba province, sleep at Fitzgerald's house, diving in Equestria and sleep at the Castle of Friendship, helping Jake, Izzy, Cubby, Jewel, King Jacob, Queen Lyla, Jaidyn Lynzee and the Mane 8 after suffering broken arms and legs, joining the battle against Dread the Evil Genie and rescues Fluttershy, Sofia and Twilight who are kidnapped in prison. After Fluttershy, Sofia and Twilight are rescued due to Syamim shooting Dread to death, the whole cast gathered around at Joe's donut shop until Sofia and Oona reunite. In addition, Cora, Queen Emmaline, Potion Nova and Photo Finish showed up as well. Ringo's final appearance was outside York Middle School where he and his bandmates begs at Queen Emmaline to allow Oona enter Canterlot High School.

Bouncing Around the World[]
Ringo returns in the MLP: FIM x Jake and the Never Land Pirates film series starting with Bouncing Around the World in which he is seen pulling over his 2005 Lexus LS430 after spotting a blue-haired man named Alvin Bradley sleeping under a tree by the side of the road. This process shocks the Flash Drive band (more specifically the band's leader Flash Sentry) that he came from Philadelphia's Kensington area. Throughout the film, Ringo ended up crossing the country borders of Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden until they ended up entering a village called Grundtjärn where he meets Johan Jinton and his wife Jonna for the first time.
Throughout the film, Ringo and his bandmates decontaminate nearly every single country across Africa with clean water and modernizing its infrastructure, attend the speech done by Nafisah and also attended a dinner feast until Jake and Sofia showed up. He is last seen leaving Nigeria with his bandmates in Zandar's 7-seater Range Rover.
The Abandoned Kingdom of Enchancia[]
Ringo returns in the film The Abandoned Kingdom of Enchancia in which he is seen sitting in the 2nd row seats of Zandar's white 7-seater Range Rover P400 SE SUV with James, Zandar, Flash Sentry, Brawly Beats, Oona and Watermelody and are on the run to Enchancia. Subsequently followed by the Eco-Kids (Captain Planet, Paisley, Sandalwood, Starlight Fitzgerald and Sweet Leaves) in Fitzgerald's Titanium Silver Metallic 2001 BMW 750iL E38 and a Nero Noctis Lamborghini Urus with Toola Roola, Coconut Cream, Cedric, Cordelia the Conjuror and Calista, it is deemed that James hasn't returned to Enchancia for years.
Throughout the film, Ringo and his bandmates arrive in Enchancia and finds the Mane 10 (including Alvin Bradley, Dorothy Rebecca "Doo Wop/Dolly" Parkinson, Liezel, Lightning Dust, Nathellie Ballerie and Nazz Abdullah) getting exhausted after spending nearly every single day rejuvenating the old castle back to its former glory due to the lack of skilled workers, prompting Ringo, his bandmates and the Eco-Kids to help them and continue with their task. After successfully restoring the old kingdom of Enchancia back to its normal state, Ringo's clothes are dirty due to all the hardwork done until a red RAM 1500 TRX pickup truck and a Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle minivan shows up to reveal Jake, Moondancer, Sofia, their two kids Laura and Sean, Giselle, Morgan and Robert. This action prompted Ringo and the workers to change for some fresh clothes and he is also last seen having a feast with the other characters.
