Mi Amore Cadenza, more widely known as Cadance, formerly known as Dean Cadance and currently called as Principal Cadance, is a female human and a supporting character throughout the Equestria Girls film lineup. She is the former dean and the current principal of Crystal Prep Academy.

Britt McKillip previously plays Cadance, Lyra Heartstrings and the character Blueberry Muffin from Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures, but from Crystal Prep High Rocks onwards, AnnaSophia Robb plays Blueberry Muffin, Sarah Jessica Parker plays Lyra Heartstrings and Bonnie Hunt plays Cadance.
