Princess Zooey is a character who appears in the Disney Junior TV series Sofia The First, subsequently becoming a main character throughout the Equestria Girls film series. Normally, she has traveled a lot with her mother, but now adopted by Lemon Zest.

Fiona Bishop previously played Princess Zooey in Sofia The First, followed by Meg and Peg as well as the character Loretta Callisto from Miles from Tomorrowland, but from Crystal Prep High Rocks onwards, she is played by Amanda Seyfried.

Zooey appears in Scrambled Pets as she and her mother take a tour of Royal Prep given by Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather. When she saw one of the pets running by, Queen Avery thought her daughter was seeing things, and while they were still touring the school, she saw Clover flying and Crackle hopping. Her mother thought she was making it up, but when they touring the gym, she saw the Freedo peacock with the others. When she heard what Sofia and her friends did and got their pets back to normal, she decided she'd be happy going to Royal Prep.
She returns in Princess Adventure Club as she's unsure how to make friends since she always travels and was taught by tutors. After a suggestion from Sofia, she forms the club with the same name to make friends and learns from Sofia that it's not nice to exclude others after excluding Amber from the club for hurting her feelings.

Crystal Prep High Rocks[]
Zooey returns in Crystal Prep High Rocks as she sits next to Amber in the front passenger's seat of her black 2014 Mercedes-Benz S550 (W222) followed by Moondancer and Potion Nova sitting in the rear seats, all wearing seatbelts. Much to her curiosity about Sofia entering Crystal Prep Academy, Amber mentioned that Sofia has transferred to the modern day world. She tells Nova that Sofia is her old friend and missed her. Much to her joy, Nova decided a sleepover party at her house in Kansas City, Kansas.
Zooey is shocked when Amber and Nova falls asleep the next morning as a result of having a video chat with Sofia all night, much to Moondancer's anger as she angrily knocks the duo with a wooden spoon by their heads. Given the fact that Sofia and the Shadowbolts are about to depart for Prague, the Czech Republic, they decided to work together as a team. Throughout the film, she visits various European countries such as the Czech Republic, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Hungary and Switzerland until she enters Crystal Prep Academy for the very first time.

The Quest for Equestria[]
Zooey returns in the MLP: EG x Jake and the Never Land Pirates film series starting with The Quest for Equestria in which she and Clio are happy to reunite with Jake, Izzy and Cubby (from the show Jake and the Never Land Pirates) after 50 years of absence until all of the Crystal Prep females welcomes the trio to the school after Jewel adopted the trio. She also reappears with the Crystal Prep ladies at the recreational park in Cleveland, Ohio waiting 3 days until Jake, Izzy, Cubby, Jewel and Sofia returns flying with Pixie Dust, but they bring the Young 6 with them.
Throughout the film, Zooey, the Crystal Prep women and the Young 6 climbs onboard a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Klassen 319 VIP as Clio's special treat and slept overnight, arrives at the Coachman Inn Hotel in Oak Harbor, Washington the next day, climbs up to the top of Washington State's Mount Olympus with the Mane 10, the Trixie Crew, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Coco Pommel, Moondancer, Photo Finish and Potion Nova, flies off the mountain peak with Pixie Dust, takes a splash into Lunch Lake and camps around the campfire. She and Lemon Zest also took a chance to return to Staten Island, New York in order to reunite with Starlight Fitzgerald until Jake, Izzy and Cubby met Fitzgerald for the very first time and unable to make a difference between Fitzgerald and Starlight Glimmer.
