The Quest for Equestria[]
In the film The Quest for Equestria, Amber is seen watching the old Disney Junior TV series Jake and the Never Land Pirates at Sour Sweet's house during her absence. Subsequently followed by Potion Nova, Photo Finish, Blueberry Cake, Normal Norman, Trixie, Jade, Ruby Hanshaw, Moondancer, Coco Pommel, Lucinda, Lyra Heartstrings, Sweetie Drops and Sweeten Sour, Rarity feels very delightful watching the show until Vivian misses her Cubby-Wubby so much, causing Amber to freak out when Jewel adopts the trio and Twilight panics that Cadance and Shining Armor allows the trio to enter Crystal Prep.
Amber then later reappears proceeding to Washington state's Mount Olympus where she finds a big Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van ahead of her. After arriving at the mountain's peak, Amber then finally reunites with Jake, Izzy and Cubby after years of absence. Subsequently followed by the Young 6, Amber is seen climbing up the mountain's West Peak and took a photo for the school's bulletin. Unable to descend the West Peak, Izzy uses her Pixie Dust to get them off the peak, retrieve their vehicles and proceeds to Lunch Lake where Amber and the others took a dive into the lake. As nighttime falls, she is seen gathering around the campfire and shocked when Shuriki invades Equestria and eliminates the Magic of Friendship due to hatred against it. Amber is seen having breakfast the next morning and Lemon Zest decides to reunite with her old nanny Starlight Fitzgerald. After arriving at Lemon Zest's house, both LZ and Zooey reunites with Fitzgerald until Fitzgerald ended up meeting Jake, Izzy and Cubby for the first time. Norman then gives Fitzgerald a DVD of the old Disney Junior TV series Jake and the Never Land Pirates, leaving her speechless.
Prince Jacob Wilde[]
Amber returns in the film Prince Jacob Wilde in which she is seen having a sleepover with Sweeten Sour while Sour Sweet is away. When Amber mentions Jacob Wilde to Huckleberry Pie and the other bandmates, she adds that Jacob met her Sofia and Lemon Zest in the first place. When Toola Roola and Coconut Cream intervenes the next morning, Hildy mentions that Jake is Sofia's boyfriend. Amber then finds the Pirate Princess' Klassen Sprinter parked behind Canterlot High School and then ended up in the Crystal Empire (similar to the first Equestria Girls film).
Amber then later reappears reaching the School of Friendship and finds a ton of luxury cars parked outside. When Twilight Velvet takes them on a tour of the school, Amber then later reunites with Jake, Izzy, Cubby and the other members. Only to be aware that Sofia is kidnapped again, she then proceeds to the Funeral of the Nine Mares and started to cry. After rescuing Sofia out of prison, the duo reunites after weeks of absence and started to join the war against Queen Chrysalis, Cozy Glow, Lord Tirek and Shuriki. After the 4 villains have turned to stone again, Amber then took place in Jacob's coronation and she is last seen leaving Equestria with the other characters as the film ends.
