Jacob Kenneth Brandon Wilde is one of the two main protagonists in the film My Little Pony: Equestria Girls and Sofia The First – The Race to Equestria. He is the son to former YouTuber Anna Louise and motivator David Wilde plus 3 out of 5 children in the Louise-Wilde family, Lemon Zest's former pal and also the husband to Lyla Grace.
As of the film Prince Jacob Wilde, he is crowned as Equestria's first rightful king after Princess Twilight Sparkle dies again (including her friends, Princess Cadance, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna).

Jacob is a college student at the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus in the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development. At the age of 10, a beam of light flashes at him by Star Swirl the Bearded and sent him a letter telling Jacob that Canadian sinister Holly Westlake has invaded Equestria, murder Princess Twilight Sparkle, throw Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity into prison and worst of all, eliminating the 6 Elements of Harmony and replaced with Disharmony. 20 years later, upon his entry to the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus in the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development, he started to conquer Equestria at his own risk.
After Princess Twilight Sparkle dies, Jacob took over the land and rules Equestria rightfully as a proper ruler would do.
Appearance[]
Jacob has the same hair shape to Gordon Robinson (but with a lighter shade of brown), wears a pair of khaki sneakers, black slacks, fair skin, a white T-shirt with dark blue sleeves and he wears a watch on his right wrist.
His unicorn form has a grey coat, the same mane color as his human form and his cutie mark is a watch.

- Jacob's action to bring back the Magic of Friendship and defeat his mother's former member is a homage to the film Elena and the Secret of Avalor involving sinister Shuriki doing the same thing.
- This film is also a homage to the 2016 Dreamworks Animation film Kung Fu Panda 3 involving the character Tigress attempting to warn Po about its dangers and consequences.
