Derpy Melissa Audrey Hooves, sometimes known as Muffins or Ditzy Doo, is a female Pegasus pony featured in the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic due to her cross-eyed look in Friendship Is Magic Part 1. Her human adaptation appears across the Equestria Girls and Sofia The First film lineup as a full-time post office worker and Amber's backup vocalists in the Amber Crew.

Tabitha St. Germain previously provides the voices for Derpy, Rarity and Suri Polomare, but from 2022 onwards, Derpy, Rarity and Suri Polomare are voiced separately:
- Derpy is voiced by Abigail Spencer.
- Rarity is voiced by both Ellie Goulding and Georgie Henley.
- Suri Polomare is voiced by Michelle Pfeiffer.
Personality[]
Muffins is silly, good-natured and very clumsy. She loves muffins and loves to comfort others. She is a full-time post office worker who does not like delays or accidents, so all of her tasks has to be 100% complete.

Muffins has a light-cobalt bluish gray skintone, a shoulder-length blonde hair and has brilliant gold crossed eyes. She wears a blue polo-shirt with a yellow necktie, green skirt, white socks and black shoes.
